Abstract:
A field experiment on “Influence of integrated nutrient management on seed yield of coriander (Coriandrum sativum L.)” was conducted during Rabi season of 2022-23 at Horticulture Research cum Instructional farm, BTC College of Agriculture and Research Station Bilaspur (C.G.) The experiment was carried out in RBD design with three replications and ten treatments viz. Absolute control (T1), 100% RDN (T2), 75% RDN (T3), 75% RDN + 25% RDN through FYM (T4), 75% RDN + 25% RDN through vermicompost (T5), 75% RDN + Consortia (T6), 50% RDN (T7), 50% RDN + 50% RDN through FYM (T8), 50% RDN + 50% RDN through vermicompost (T9), 50% RDN + Consortia (T10). The results reveal that maximum number of umbel plant-1 (44.03), seeds umbel-1 (43.67), test weight (10.27 g) and seed yield (14.07 q ha-1) was recorded under the treatment (T5)75 % RDN + 25 % RDN through vermicompost. Data revealed that in general integration of organics (vermicompost) with inorganic source of nitrogen (urea) exhibited a significant influence on seed yield as compared to sole application of various levels of nitrogen through urea.
