Dragon Fruit (Hylocereus spp.) is a unique and captivating fruit known for its vibrant appearance, distinct taste, and potential health benefits. This comprehensive review explores the botanical characteristics, nutritional composition, potential health advantages, and versatile applications of Dragon Fruit in the realm of culinary creations. It explores the various species and varieties of Hylocereus, their morphological characteristics, and the factors influencing their growth and cultivation.
