A study on consumers satisfaction in online food purchasing during COVID-19

Abstract: The COVID-19 situation changed the consumer lifestyle dramatically. The study's goal was to determine the level of consumer satisfaction with online food purchasing during COVID-19. Data collection was done using a pre-tested interview schedule. Random sampling technique was used to collect the data from 125 sample respondents. This study is limited to Coimbatore city. Tools used for analysis were percentage analysis, Friedman test ranking method. The study revealed that consumers are highly satisfied with the quick delivery process, different payment options, order booking procedure is easy, and the availability of a greater number of restaurants.
